Pre-order cancellations

You can cancel your pre-order for a full refund any time before your batch goes into production. Just contact us with your order number.

If a batch doesn't fill by November 15, 2026, every order in it is refunded in full, automatically. You don't need to do anything.

Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. The robe must be unused, unwashed and in its original packaging. Contact us before you send anything back and we'll give you the return address.

Return shipping is the buyer's responsibility unless the robe arrived damaged, defective, or we sent the wrong item. If that happens, message us within 7 days of delivery with a photo and we'll replace it or refund it, including shipping.

Once we receive and inspect the return, we'll email you either way. Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days.
