Shipping policy

Pre-orders

Every Wake & Cozy robe is made to order in small batches. Your order holds your spot in the next batch. Production starts once the batch fills, and robes ship an estimated 2 to 6 weeks after you order.

If a batch doesn't fill by November 15, 2026, we cancel it and refund every order in it in full, to your original payment method. If your order is going to ship later than our estimate, we'll email you with the new date and you can cancel for a full refund instead of waiting.

Shipping rates

United States: $8.00 standard shipping. Most US orders arrive 7 to 12 business days after they ship.

Canada, the United Kingdom and Australia: $14.99, free on orders of $79.97 or more. Most international orders arrive 7 to 14 business days after they ship. Any customs duties or import taxes are the buyer's responsibility.

We don't ship to other countries yet.

Tracking

We email you tracking as soon as your order ships. If tracking says delivered and you don't have it, check with your household and neighbors first, then contact us within 7 days and we'll work it out.

We aren't responsible for delays or extra charges caused by an incorrect or incomplete address, so double-check yours at checkout.
